Monterey Street, 6061This well-located SIL house in Nollamara offers a comfortable living environment just 10 minutes away from Innaloo Shopping Centre and Osborne Park Hospital, and a quick 5-minute drive to Nollamara IGA. The house is non-accessible, suitable for clients who do not require mobility aids. It accommodates 1:2 or 1:3 funding clients, providing a supportive community setting with tailored assistance to meet individual needs.
Mandurah
Situated in the picturesque suburb of Lakelands, this accessible SIL house is just a 2-minute drive to Lakelands Shopping Centre and a 5-minute drive to the beach. The house is designed to accommodate clients with mobility needs, offering a supportive and inclusive environment. It provides personalized care and fosters community engagement for a fulfilling living experience. There are 4 rooms available and accommodate clients with 1:3 or 1:4 funding.
St James
Located just 5 minutes from the vibrant Victoria Park Town Centre, our newly added St James Supported Independent Living (SIL) home offers comfortable living for clients who do not require mobility aids. This spacious home features three individual client rooms and supports 1:3 or 1:4 funding, providing the perfect balance of independence and care. Ideal for those looking for a peaceful yet accessible community living environment.
