Harmilla welcomes volunteers. Everyone has something to offer and those who show up ready and bring themselves with enthusiasm and energy to community are always the most impactful. Volunteers also help us build a bigger community and host events and run programs, extra activities that usually wouldn’t be possible.

The recruitment process
Place in an application through either via email or our inquiry form. You will need to submit a resume with a minimum of 2 references. We do intake programs and release job vacancies throughout the year so keep updated with us on our website, social media and emails.
Your application will need to consist of the following:
Cover letter
Introduce yourself and outline the reason why you would like to join our team and some of your experience. This is the first document our employment team will read.
Resume
Your resume must be current and include all relevant information. It must concise and should outline personal details, skills, qualifications, certifications and work experience.
We will need about 7 working days to process and if successful we will arrange an online or face to face interview.
Minimum requirements
To be considered for any position at Harmilla you must be able to prove flu and covid vaccinations. Please respect this as we need to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. You will also need to be able to provide a valid police clearance and rights to work in Australia.
